RETURNING A PRODUCT

We take great care in making sure the pictures in the webshop are a true representation of the real article, but colours especially can sometimes be difficult between the pixels on your screen and the print in real life. Is the colour not exactly what you expected, or do the colours not fit in your interior the way you had hoped? Or any other reason you aren't completely delighted with the article you ordered? No problem. If you do need to send something back (with the exception of bespoke items), just contact Customer Service within 14 days to arrange a return.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items, but the shipping costs you already paid will be refunded together with the purchase amount, or applied toward the shipping cost of another product in case you prefer an exchange.

Returns and exchanges do not, however, apply to custom-made or bespoke products that have been made to your specifications (such as items with your name, or products by special request). We are unable to take such items back for resale, as we're sure you understand. 

 

Read the following information about your rights as a consumer:

"COOLING OFF" PERIOD/RETURNS (The European Rights of Cancellation)

There is always the possibility that you may need to return something you ordered. The item might not be exactly as you expected, or there could be some other reason you no longer want or need the item. Whatever the reason, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

Once you have cancelled your order, you have another 14 days in which to return the purchased item(s). The entire amount of your order including shipping charges will be refunded. You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the web shop. You can expect the cost of a return to be about €6,95 per package (in the Netherlands), but we advise you to consult the website of your courier service for the exact rates. If you wish to use your right to cancel, the product(s) must be returned together with all parts and attributes as delivered and – if at all possible – in the original condition with its original packaging. To initiate a cancellation process, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receiving notice of your cancellation, under the condition that the product has been received in acceptable condition.

In the event an item has been damaged, or the packaging has been damaged more than is necessary to try out the product, we reserve the right to pass the cost of product devaluation on to you. So please be sure to handle all items with care, and ensure that they are packaged securely for shipping.

Exception for custom or bespoke items
Bespoke items you purchased from the web shop have been custom-made specifically to your personal specifications. The right to cancel does not apply to such orders. All sales of bespoke items are final at the time of receiving your payment.

 

 

EXCHANGING A PRODUCT

Would you prefer to exchange a product? That is also no problem, as long as the product has not been custom made. To arrange for an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that you will need to pay the cost of returning the original product.


HAVE YOU GIVEN US THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Did you accidentally fill in the wrong delivery address? Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change the delivery.

We take the greatest care in making sure your order is delivered on time and in good order, but things do sometimes go wrong. If that happens, please notify us via [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible!
