SHIPPING CHARGES

All prices shown do not include shipping.

For shipping, we charge a simple €5 contribution to the total cost of processing, handling and shipping your order.
For orders of €45 or more, the shipping is even free.

Note of exception!: Prints of an exceptionally large size (custom work) or that cannot be sent in standard packaging may be charged a different rate for shipping. The exact charges will be included in the quote. For more information about custom work, please feel free to contact [email protected].

 

DELIVERY

We are now able to ship our frameless posters worldwide! (Other items may have restricted areas of delivery availability. In such cases, the limited delivery availability will be noted in the product description.)

Orders are sent either through the standard postal service (PostNL) or package delivery service, depending on the size of the package to be shipped and the delivery area.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We do our best to deliver your order within a few days from the time you order. However, since most of our products are printed especially to order, it is possible that a particular order could take longer, up to several working days before it can be sent. The time to delivery for any order depends upon the production time needed to produce the chosen item. 

 

RETURNS

We take great care in making sure the pictures in the webshop are a true representation of the real article, but colours especially can sometimes be difficult between the pixels on your screen and the print in real life. Is the colour not exactly what you expected, or do the colours not fit in your interior the way you had hoped? Or any other reason you aren't completely delighted with the article you ordered? No problem. If you do need to send something back, just contact Customer Service within 14 days to arrange a return. (Please do be so kind as to return it in the same condition it was received!).

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the purchased items. Once you have cancelled an order, you will have 14 days to return the items. The amount of your order including shipping charges will be refunded in full. You are responsible only for the costs of returning the items. Shipping within the Netherlands can be expected to cost approximately €6,95 per package, but you should check for fees charged by your preferred shipping agent on their website. If you decide to make use of your right to cancel your order, you must return the items to us with all parts and attributes and in its original state (where feasible), including where possible the original packaging. To make use of these rights, you can contact us via [email protected] We will then return the amount of your order owed within 14 days after receiving notice of your return, under the condition that the items have been received and found to be in acceptable condition. 
Exception for custom or bespoke items
Bespoke items you purchased from the web shop have been custom-made specifically to your personal specifications. The right to cancel does not apply to such orders. All sales of bespoke items are final at the time of receiving your payment.

We take the greatest care in making sure your order is delivered on time and in good order, but things do sometimes go wrong. If that happens, please notify us via [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible!
